Openings is a side project, not a team and not a business. Email is the only support channel, and it is read by the person who built and maintains the service. There is no phone line and no postal address for support.
Hosting
The application and its database are hosted on Railway. Email is delivered through Resend, and AI requests are routed through OpenRouter. What each of them receives is set out in the Privacy policy.
What to write to us about
- Your data — access, correction, deletion of your account, or withdrawing consent for your CV. See the Privacy policy for what you can ask for and how quickly we answer.
- A wrong or stale job listing — tell us which one and we will check the source and correct or remove it.
- Employers and career-page owners — if you would rather your openings were not aggregated here, write to us and we will stop monitoring your career page.
- A company we should be monitoring — you can suggest one from inside the app, or just email us.
- Security problems — report them privately first; see section 7 of the Terms of service.
Consumer information
Openings is offered free of charge. There is no subscription, no trial that converts into a paid plan, no in-service purchase, and we hold no payment details. Because nothing is bought, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts has nothing to apply to — you can simply stop using the service, and ask us to delete your account, at any moment and at no cost.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Please write to hello@marketing-jobs.nl first; we aim to reply within five working days. If a complaint concerns your personal data and we cannot resolve it between us, you can contact the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Postbus 93374, 2509 AJ Den Haag, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). For other disputes, the position on governing law and competent courts is in section 16 of the Terms of service.
Regulated activity
Openings aggregates publicly available job postings and scores them for you. It does not place candidates, does not act as an employment agency or intermediary, and does not carry out any activity requiring a professional licence or supervisory registration in the Netherlands.
